General infos about the XFEM |
Following the call for papers, authors are invited to
submit individual contributions to any of the congress topics.
Individual contributions consist in:
Step 2. and 3. are conditional to receiving a notification of acceptance until March 15, 2009.
Only a one-page abstract in .pdf format can be accepted. It can be uploaded in the private author′s area of each registered participant, see registration. Please proceed as follows:
Note: Only in exceptions, we can accept your abstract in ASCII format with .txt ending which will then be converted to LaTeX by the scientific organizing committee of the conference. Please fill out the corresponding fields in this .txt template.
The short paper may contain up to 4 pages in .pdf format generated by LaTeX or Microsoft Word using the templates to be downloaded below. Accepted short papers, to be uploaded in the private author′s area until June 30, 2009 are included in the congress proceedings.

All sessions have one LCD projector, one desktop PC, one laser pointer and one projection screen. Presentation files may be created in .pdf format (recommended) or Microsoft Power Point. You may connect your own laptop to the LCD projector but it is your responsibility that everything works as expected.
