The conference, including the registration and welcome reception, takes place in the main building of the RWTH Aachen University in Templergraben 55, 52062 Aachen (map). The registration and welcome reception is on Sunday, September 27, from 18:30 to 21:00. The registration is also open on the other conference days from 8:00 to 18:00.

The conference dinner is on Tuesday, September 29, from 19:30 to 22:00 in Ratskeller Aachen, Markt 40, 52062 Aachen.
